We hope you are happy with your purchase! However, if you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused & Unopened: The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Original Packaging: It must also be in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, certain items cannot be returned:
- Supplements: Opened or used supplements are non-returnable for health safety reasons except not working.
- Health Gadgets: Items such as thermometers, fitness trackers, or other personal health devices that have been used are non-returnable except found faulty.
Conditions for Partial Refunds
We may grant partial refunds for the following types of products:
- Items showing obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within a certain number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as there might be some processing time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank for further processing time.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please:
- Email us at mottchant01@gmail.com
- Send the item to the nearest address provided by our support team.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be issued for you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified about the return.
Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Important Note: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
